Peanut obsidian reminds me of pumpkins, but in the creepiest way. This cabochon of peanut obsidian was copper electroformed with a branch charm.
Peanut obsidian is actually spherulitic perlite, a naturally occurring amorphous volcanic glass, and the red-orange spheres being chatoyant radiating feldspar crystals stained by hematite.
